Great baristas. We took a family 'Starbucks' break over Christmas and walked over to this Starbucks during the recent Christmas Holiday. These folks know that part of what makes a coffee house tick is to 1) get you to pay 2-7 dollars for your drink, and then 2) to make you feel good about that experience so you want to come back and do it again. Many of the Starbucks I have been do forget this second point. It is about the experience. As it occasionally happens, something delayed two of our seven drinks - crossed wires between two of the Baristas (they were busy, it happens). What made this experience different from my local Starbucks is that 1) the manager realized something had happened, 2) fixed it, and 3) offered us two free drink coupon as compensation for the delay. Nice. Friendly place. Reminds me of what I miss about the Starbucks I regularly frequent.

This Starbucks does not disappoint; offers guests the warm and friendly atmosphere you are hoping to get from the moment you walk in. I come to Starbucks for the experience; you walk in, leaving the rest of your world outside and step in to the "Starbucks" atmosphere. ;)

Awesome baristas. Plenty of comfy couches. Good location in Pembroke pines and a large store.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks. Since they changed the manager about a year ago I avoid it at all costs. Don't stop her before work if you plan on getting to work on time. They take forever...and the staff and literally tripping over themselves to make a drink.

I don't usually review Starbucks' because for the most part, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. It's pretty much standard quality and service. But because this one is exponentially better than the Starbucks on Sheridan and Dykes, I had to review. I've only experienced the drive-thru, which was super fast. The line was pretty long at the drive-thru and I was feeling exceptionally lazy on this particular morning so I decided to wait as opposed to going inside. I thought I'd be waiting for 10-15 minutes but much to my surprise, it was only about 5 minutes until I had my morning beverage and was pulling back out onto Pines Blvd. I was very impressed. Not to mention, the lady who took my order at the drive-thru spoke clearly and was very friendly. The service was great at this Starbucks and they really keep the drive-thru rolling. Very impressed!

It says there open at 5 am I got here at 553 and its 615 and I still I'm waiting in line and there doors are closed . If you make the sacrifice to wake up earlier just to have Starbucks before work and when you get there and everyone's running late it's just disappointing and makes everyone late for work and they lost sales 5 people left while I was in line

Cake pops, coffee, free WiFi, and a place to wait for these dang afternoon storms to pass. Seriously, what can be better?

I'm a Starbucks member and tonight I went through the drive thru and my grande white chocolate mocha latte was half full after waiting a long time to get it. After letting them know they had me drive around again while they made a new one which was fine but then I got my new one and the cup still wasn't full. If I paid for a grande, I should receive a grande. Rather go to a different location...

We decided late in evening to have some Starbucks of course. I had the hot soy caramel Macchiato, with extra whip topping and drizzled with a warm gooey caramel on top, Yuuumy... Perked in the Baked Goods Case. And saw there was only one double chocolate gluten-free cookie left. Keep my fingers crossed :-) that two customers in front of us. Would not want that Cookie. OMG, I could feel my mouth watering. The cookie was mine, got my coffee my cookie and went outside to sit with everyone else. The coffee was perfect fresh and they ground the beans. While we waited. And no for some odd reason coffee gets me sleepy even late at night. Go figure? However if I want to stay away cola wakes me upcould it be mental maybe. Either way it does not matter the service was excellent. The coffee was perfect and my cookie was yummy, yummy very fresh. No one else got desert, oh well I was not about to share. We had a great day of great eats. Love reviewing like this for YELP!

Love my morning coffee from this particular joint. Drive through is always quick even with long lines in the morning. Evening shift takes much longer as I guess they have less staff.

The cashier was rude. First negative experience at this Starbucks. I got yelled at for standing behind my daughter who was on line. Apparently it is against the rules to stand near your child but off the line.

Morning drive thru lines can be a little long so I park and I'm out in no time. Super friendly staff.

One of the cleanest and most organized Starbucks I've been to in a while. Quite refreshing . Props to the management and staff. Definitely revisiting this location for my morning caffeine fix.

Came here this morning to get a coffee and do some work. I wish I could remember the cashier's name because she was super helpful and polite and deserves to be recognized. Anyways, my identity got stolen last month and I didn't realize my new card wasn't activated when I went to pay. The girl was very cool about it and let me know that they'd still be making my drink and just to let her know when I had it resolved. It took a few minutes on the phone to activate and they had called me for my drink before I had paid. Not a lot of businesses will show these random acts of trust with their customers but it is very appreciated when it happens. I could've walked off with a free drink like some dbag and it would've been on them. I asked for a drink that is fairly uncommon and she was awesome about learning how to make it. (Just steamed milk with some flavoring and whipped cream...yes, I'm 90 years old). It was just a nice gesture to feel welcome and trusted, since sadly these days that's pretty rare in most establishments. The drink was good too! Thanks again random barista, you were very nice!

I cannot tell you about this Starbucks' wonderful decor, or its comfy sofas, its plentiful choice of sweet cakes and breads, because I did not enter the premises. However, they do have outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful...... parking lot. All I can tell you is that I went through the drive-thru, and I got a wonderful service, truly five stars. The barista was patient enough to list every on their pastry shelf. We ordered a green tea latte (can't go wrong with that green sweetness!), a grande latte, and 2 scones. The scones were wonderful. Not too sweet, and the right amount of crunchiness on the corners. The barista was even more friendly at the window, making jokes, smiling, and just making us feel very welcomed, even through the window. Now, let's see how friendly they are during rush hour.

Love this Starbucks location, I just hate the drive thru in the morning. The line get very lengthy in the morning, but move somewhat fast.

Coffee house without all the extra seating and space to just lounge. Any kind of coffee drink you can think of, they can create for you, with all the extras from skim milk to extra shots to whip cream with caramel drizzle. Customer Service is usually friendly. But can be pricey for a cup of just plain Joe

Right in the heart of West Pines/Miramar sits this "hidden" Starbucks. "Hidden" because unless you already know it's there, you may not notice it in a building which looks like a business park. However, it's home to a Chipotle and a new yogurt joint, and, in fact, is a great Starbucks. This portion of commercial space, between Dykes and 75 on the south side of Pines is rapidly growing, and soon to be home to a Whole Foods. With an efficient drive-thru, and super friendly staff, this Starbucks is worth checking out. One of my favorite baristas, Carlos, is at this location and when he's working, greets you in a relaxed, welcoming, laid back way while taking the coffee making process as serious business. His coworkers do, too! While the outside seating only has a view of a parking lot and a shopping center across Pines, the inside seating is spacious, clean, modern with an interesting, flowing layout. Perhaps I'm way off, but they also seem to have a larger stock of mugs, coffee tumblers and other Starbucks merchandise than at other locations. As a Starbucks Gold member, I especially enjoy using my free wi-fi here on a stormy Saturday afternoon. Be warned, the new "yogurt joint" sometimes features huge crowds of people loitering outside while gobbling their overpriced goods. Sadly, they often spill over into the Starbucks seating area. The team at Starbucks placed some adorable, handmade "KEEP OFF" signs on their tables, aimed at shooing away the yogs. These signs alone make a trip to this Starbucks worth it. Make your way to this Starbucks when you get a chance. You'll get a well made product in a comforting, unusually large store. If you sit outside, and someone comes over and tries to sit next to you while holding a big cup of frozen yogurt topped with gummy bears, sip your tasty Americano, and kick their ass.

Very busy, but generally very quick. All Starbucks should have a drive-through!
